Anybody have any pointers for pike fishing around Helena or bozeman. Not looking for hot spots just want to get a few through the ice this season.

If you can get permission, there's a few spots on the back water sloughs from Whitehall to Three Forks. It's all Jefferson River back waters.

If you go to Toston,,  be VERY cautious of the ice...  It changes fast..

I've been trying to catch one here over the past few years, with no luck.  Have you heard of any caught lately?
