Was in Indian Hill Trading Post this afternoon and the manager in the sporting good showed me a picture of the 30lb togue that was caught out on Moosehead today.

Very impressive fish. The bios and game warden came to verify the fish as it is probably a new lake record. They had to weigh the fish on the deer scale as there fish scale didn't high enough. I'm sure there is more info to come on this fish but I figured I would pass in along. Congrats to the lucky fisherman. It was a local up there that caught it. 8) 8)

Hey guys, I am a newbie here but have been lurking for at least a couple years. I caught the togue. Here is the info....

Ok guys more info and pics to come later. He was 41" and 31lbs on a certified UPS scale at the first place I weighed him.

Looking for a good fish taxidermist not too far away from Moosehead. He needs to be real good as this fish is the new Moosehead Lake record holder! I am pumped!!!!!
