Nothing Today

So I hardly ever get cold, but today I did! Started out on lake and beautiful blue sky.

Had about good 8 inches of ice. Nice and warm with buddy heater going never had that on high before but today was different.  Wind started to really pick up and no flags. It was the fastest I’ve ever taken down tent and pulled traps in my life I was afraid to blink! The ride home on the sled wasn’t much better.

Kinda bummed because that’s the real first skunk for me this year.

Needless to say the stove is warm and the Jameson taste good right now. Thank god dry January is over.   Good luck if you head out Saturday.  Think I will ride instead.
