Arm rests on fish house seats?

Was wondering if the Clam arm rests make the chairs anymore comfortable for long sits in the fish house?

My Eskimo Sierra and my buddies Eskimo 2600 both have the Vesra seating no arms ..extremely comfortable but I do not need arms ...and they may take up some room and movement.. but I do use a full back directors chair w/arms the arms do serve a purpose ...especially when on slick ice to steady the chair upon getting up . If you need some assurance/steadiness in your flip over I can really see arm coming in very handy .
Give a man a fish he eats for a day .Teach a man to ice fish he has an obsession for a lifetime
