Ion and Strikemaster Dimension
« on: Jan 29, 2023, 09:37 AM »
Looking for the motor stem dimension on the Ion and Strikemaster auger.  This is the male portion that comes out of the bottom of the motor that the auger slides over.  Looking for the diameter and length…

Appreciate the help!

Dan

Are you trying to modify a gas Jiffy to another auger bit ...Jiffy turns counter clockwise ...most others turn clockwise ?

So the auger head goes into the caddy and the auger bit attached to the bottom of the caddy? Is it integrated Or does the caddy just go around the bit at motor stem? That’s pretty fancy

Yes the motor stem sits into the caddy, the auger then goes on the bottom of the caddy stem. See pic below….

Strike is 1 7/8” in length

7/8” diameter

Looks like the Strikemaster will work without any or very minimal modifications!….Thank you!
