If I were a local, I'd be tempted to stop out after dark on Friday night and walk around on the ice for a while, but that's about it.

Ready to use the sonar again! Fishing in the stone ages last weekend gives me a new appreciation for technology.

Good Luck to you guys this weekend, Fish-icer.  We were the guys west of you at Grove. Won't be able to compete this weekend.  40 some years on the ice and still learning.  Learned a lot on Grove from a couple of great fisherman.  Some sour grapes from some of the replies I have been reading.  Anybody that watches you guys in action knows that you spend the time, understand the game, do the work, and reap the rewards.

Best wishes

Thank you warrior. That means a lot from a guy that has championed more than his share of tourneys. Baby jigs that we stocked up on for fickle Wisconsin fish and using minnows as sonars were our only advantage to press.
Where's the ice
