if willing to pay a decent amount you can get a catalyst or an energy PTI in a 10 size which is an ultralight size, i have one of each in a 20 size and love both of them

Tica Cetus (instant anti-reverse, 8 billion ball bearings, about $35-40 bucks)
Silstar Tiny 20 (3 ball bearings, no instant anti-reverse, super small/light, very solid, about $20 bucks)
Shimano TX500's - 3 ball bearings, no instant anti-reverse, but I know these reels will take me to heck and back - got them on the web for $14.50 apiece.

Those are my 3 recommendations...

I have Okuma UL-10's on all of my ice jigging rods. FishUSA has them for $17.95, but sometimes you can find them on e-bay for less.
Here's the specs on the UL-10:
Okuma's "Rotor Equalizing System" which is computer designed to eliminate rotor wobble and vibration
3 ball bearings
Aluminum spool
Brass pinion gear
High quality felt washers
Okuma's counter-balanced "Power Handle"
Corrosion resistant Titan graphite construction
Reversible right and left hand retrieve
weigh's 5.4 ounces
Gear ratio 5.0:1

OKUMA!
It's the only reel I've found that beats my Penn collection. ;D

They're smooth, simple and built like tanks.

I know of several:

Rapala SX UL: in either 4/90 or 4/100 sizes, with instant anti reverse, 5 or 3 ball bearings. $35

Bass Pro Shops Microlight: 4/120 capacity, 6 ball bearings, instant anti reverse, 9.1 ounces. $39.99

Smallest Abu Garcia Cardinal Or Agenda: 6.3 ounces, 4/100 capacity, instant anti reverse, 5 bb. $26.99.

My brother has a bass pro shops microlight and a small abu agenda. They are both awesome ultralight reels. All are available from bass pro shops.
Politically incorrect, and proud of it.

if searching for the ultimate i would go with the PTI energy, 10 bearings, ti mag bail, magnetic bail trip(no spring to wear out), titanium deposition finish(man it looks cool) an infinite anti reverse, comes with two machined aluminum spools with ceramic drag, not cheap, best deal is at lebaron i think.
