Wondering if anyone else has this issue - I've had the 9" screen Eyoyo for a few years, but it's never worked when it's negative (Celsius) temps. I always have to bring it into the hut to warm it enough to power on. Otherwise the screen just flickers.
Recently in the cold (anything around 0 Celsius), the face buttons have begun to press themselves and not work. Works fine at room temperature but goes wonky anytime it's outside.
Anyone else have this issue? Any solutions or do I just have a lemon?

I have left mine in my van overnight in negative temps and it worked as soon as I turned it on. Sounds like you have an issue
-
Contact eyoyo they may be able to get you a new screen or battery
-
Going to be sending a video of the issue to the Eyoyo - fingers crossed.

I received a bad battery with mine. Customer service was pretty good. I think the guy uses a translation app as some replies were broken English. They got me a battery very quick.
I did encounter my first problem with mine (2nd if you count the bad battery)
The wires on the power to the monitor came lose inside the connector. The wires are the size of a thread. Easy fix but I'm not sure it won't happen again. Hard to solder wire that small.

DM me for details! Will help you out here :)

Hows that for service!

I provided them a video of the issue, the response was the unit was not hooked up to the battery properly. The issue persists despite the battery I use. Fingers crossed.

Mike, any updates on this issue?

I contacted Eyoyo - recommended I purchase a new screen. Just putting it off for now. Sucks because it was an issue since day 1 of owning it.
