After this past storm went through, we received ice pellets, rain, snow, wind, and warm temps. As I type this, it is 3:30 and 38 degrees outside. The Kids had a great day skiing at Big Moose Mtn (formerly known as Big Squaw).
The ice conditions are holding. There is about 8" of slush above 20-30" of ice depending on where you are around Beaver Cove Camps.
Cusk fishing has been great the past couple of nights. Daytime fishing is bringing a few togues, some brookies and a few short salmon.
Snowmobiling conditions have improved. I would take it easy is the areas where there is little snow.
Kokajdo received 18" of snow with the storm, Greenville about 10-12" and here in Beaver Cove onsite, we received about 4"
Temps next week are supposed to be colder with more snow on the way.
Hope this helps as you plan the last 4-5 weeks of ice fishing.
Give us a shout if you need more information.

Just got back from fishing above the east outlet and a day in front of Kineo. Plenty of ice but it's sloppy. By Saturday we couldn't use the 4 wheeler's only sleds. Had a tough time with gear.....4 inches of slush under about 6 inches of snow. Had fun though...dozen togue Friday and two salmon and two togue Saturday.

Fishme and I and 8 others were up at beaver cove camps this past weekend and other than the slush everything was great! Beaver cove camps was great......Fishme caught most of the fish...2 cusk and about a dozen togue.....I wasn't catching much so went for a snowmobile ride with 2 others to Rockwood. Awesome weekend!

Anyone been fishing by Kelly's landing?

I see a few ice shacks out there. Not sure of how successful they are but that is usually a good place in the summer time from what I hear.

Really hope the slush freezes up for the weekend
