Went up and fished all day today in the 30 MPH wind....set up 15 tip ups between the 2 of us in 12" to about 10' of water with small shiners and some small suckers.  Had one run...took about 30' of line and that was it.  Didn't look like anybody else did much up there today either....most were in their shantys to stay
