fort peck 2019
« on: Feb 05, 2019, 11:42 PM »
Just returned from Fort Peck, [Hell Creek]
The fishing was good for Northerns, biggest was 17lbs, lake trout was 12.5lbs.
The weather was great, the whole trip was for that matter.
Booked rooms for 2020 also.

Good news, sounds like a great run. Am planning trip there in next couple weeks. Do you have a preference
when it comes to there or Cherry Creek? Am somewhat new to both of them so just fishing for info, congrats
on the 17lber, that's founds like it was fun.

My preference is Hell Creek.
With this cold weather you can fish anywhere west on the lake, not sure on east but Clint will let you know.
1st time in a few years you can cross the lake.
tight lines

Congrats Fortpeck!  Did you happen to talk to Clint about the long-term status of Hell Creek State Park and/or the marina?
