Might as well not waste gas driving up to the Northwest Corner of Ct.
Had sunshine almost all day, and temps hit as high as 59 deg. today, with rain tomorrow.
Did my tour to Winchester, Burr, Park, Highland, and West Hill.
Open leads, melt holes, and wide rotten edges at all.
The "Fat Lady is Singing" ice season is over!!!
Heard that Mudge is done also.
Was a good season for ice, BUT the fishing for most was very slow.
Hopefully the spring spawning runs will prove better fishing!!
