Newbee, 2ND post ......
Sorry if my posts do not meet your needs.
I took a friend to work this A.M. and passed Cedar Lake, in Chester.
It IS getting a lot of attention, so, I have to believe it holds(right now) safe ice.
If you go, fish the North end, be aware of the incoming stream, off to your right of the boat launch.
Holds some really serious Largemouth Bass and pickerel !!
Yes, there was some action today, Sorry, did not have the time to go out and find out what was going on....
There were several parties on Lake Messerschmitt also......
This is the first time, in a long time, that the south has had fishable ice. Hope it strays !!!
If my wife gets over her Flu, I will try to bring home some good eating LG Bass !!
