Ice on southrem tier

I checked ice at cayuta lake launch,4inches+.Went out about 30 yards.Be ready next weekend.Any other lake solid in southren tier?I like to fish panfish.thanks

Have warm weather coming this week. I wouldn’t venture out yet.

Long Pond in Smithville Flats has 5+". Heard Whitney Point lake is locked up but not sure about thickness.
