FYI....
HUNTER LAKE IN ELKHART CO HAD AN ICE RESCUE OF A MAN THRU THE ICE ON FRI OR SAT!
HEARD ICE RESCUE WAS PERFORMED AND THE GUY IS OKAY.

THAT LAKE IS KINDA SMALL  WITH SPRINGS SO KEEP AN EYE OUT!

happened yesterday.....guy was alone (not real smart after the warmup we had) and apparently could not get himself out.  He was take to Goshen hospital for hypothermia treatment.  I assume he is OK....

I have not heard of anyone yet dying in Indiana of going through the ice as a fisherman this year. Heard of one or two that were non-fisherman. Let's end the year with all making it home to fish another season.
