Came from the belly of the biggest trout in the pics.

Crazy to think this 18” trout had a 6” wiper in his gut and still wanted my bait for dessert!

Only a few lakes around have 'em that I know of. Jackson & Pueblo main two. CC, Aurora and Lonetree (when you could fish it) have them too, but pretty rare.

John Martin Reservoir is your wiper HQ. Big and nasty. Your drag will get a workout. White bucktail jig.  Pretty brutal windshield time for you northern lads however.

some other lake have it too,, Sterling i got 5 9 lb wiper and 4-5 broke my line last year , prewitt,,union, henry lake, and lot of lake in southeast have wiper too

yes we did caught couple last year forgot about it,, Atown have wiper too but can’t get them to bite lolzzzz
