Went out this morning on a quest to find safe ice, and i found it,kinda. drove around and most ponds are frozen over with a little over 2" of ice but the one i want to get on isnt ready yet. so i drove down by snowlake. at the end of the one channel was a guy fishing, so i stoped and asked him how much was there, he said that where he was standing it was 3" but if he moves 6' towards the middle it was only 2". I will try to get out on thursday if my buddy is up to it, if not i WILL be out saturday.
