Fish drop offs for browns in about 10-30 ft of water. Fish near the bottom with 3 inch live sucker minnows.
For lakers fish 20-50ft with 3 inch tubes in colors white, chartreuse, red, tipped with small sucker head. or fish with 3 inch smelt, live. The lakers will usually be near 8 ft of bottom, but every now and then, particularly if your lake has smelt or whitefish, they will suspend for high or be in shallow water.
if anybody from michigan will help me out with the lakes and stuff up here I'd really appreciate it since I'm new to the area.
