As pointed out, Champlain max of 15 tip-ups and two handlines per person, and you can not bring smelt back on the ice...Better plan on jigging some smelt or perch up while on the ice...

There are no regulations on Burbot as far as size and limit...

Burbot can also be found in Island Pond, Salem Lake, Memphremagog, Moore Reservoir, and Lake Seymour...On inland waters you are limited to 8 tip-ups and two handlines...

There are no special rules for cusk.  You have to keep an eye on your tipups at all times.  There are no overnight sets allowed.

you just have to keep an eye on them.. In other words, don't put your lines in the water and go to sleep for 8 hours... :)

there are some big ones in Willoughby as well

I was going by the charts in the F&G Digest...Seems they missed Eligo, the Black River, and the Pherrins River as well as Lake Willoughby...

Hmmm...

Pherrins isn't even in the digest at all...
