Clare to Gladwin Ice report ?
« on: Dec 26, 2022, 10:54 AM »
Anyone feel like sharing an ice update around the Budd, Five, Stevenson and areas? A local told me that 6-8" of snow but not a lot on Budd. Going up regardless but if others share here I will too. Merry Christmas to all and to all tight lines.
I like to sit around on the ice doing nothing because my wife won't let me do it at home.

I'm curious as well. Between Gaylord and Alpena. Planning a long weekend trip in a few weeks. I'd check myself but it's 5 hours away.  ;D

Folks being tight-lipped; we might have to check it out ourselves.

Alpena area: the lakes I've been have 5", 3" of clear black ice with 2" of white ice on top.
