Title: Spring touch up

My pull over has a few spots where the black on the cloth inside is wearing off especially by the area where the metal poles are mounted to the sled. Anyone have any suggestions on what I could use to touch this up?

 I have never used the product but wonder if spray on Flex Seal would work.

I thought of Flex Seal also but was worried about it peeling off.
May be someone has more info.
