You can get tall buckets are home brewing stores
You can also cut the bottom out of a bucket and rivet it to another and make it taller.
Not sure how tall your tipups are but should work.  This is really easy to do, I just did it this last weekend, hell I feel like you could cut the bucket with a roofing knife (I used a circ saw).

The one I use held 50 lbs of granulated pool chlorine.  It is 18" tall and a bit bigger diameter than a typical 5-gallon bucket.

Pool supply stores.  They have all different size buckets for chlorine tablets, etc. They come with a screw on lid. I got a 6.5 gal one & converted to  a  ice fishing bucket. i made rod holders & a padded seat, with a inner bucket inside. it's a great size for us taller fishermen. I have seen some that have to be around 10 gals.

Restaurants, deli's, bakery's use 6 gallon ones. That's where mine came from.

ive been using an old garbage can to bring wood out in. its a smaller can that u'd typically have in ur kitchen, but tall. found it more comfortable to sit on the garbage can than my fold out chair because it is much taller. no slipping and trying to find something to push on to get up. its like sitting on a barstool. and when the ice is slippery like it is here it swivels too.

I use a 6 gallon bucket without the lid and works great.
