Ion auger wont turn on

Headline says it all. Purchased an Ion this season. Had it out two times, worked great. Went out this weekend and it would not turn on. Battery had been charged and showed a full charge. Any ideas?

don't own one. if you have a meter you could measure voltage at the battery. sounds like blown fuse or bad switch maybe.

being less than one year old it should carry a warranty.

I had this on mine when it was new, afew 10 to 15 uses it wouldnt turn on. Called them they sent me a new trigger assembly no questions asked. It turns our that tth connector came lose from the switch inside the handle. FYI, if you take apart the handle, go slow, there are springs inside that can pop out (at least on my ION X)
