damn, that is the best walleye recipe I've seen yet!  I love catching and cooking, and I've even tried stuffed walleye - nothing compared to your stuffing.  Crab, shrimp and scallops?!  Nice!  MMMMmmmmm!

those are a nice catch too! :o ;D

Hi 5watchman5,

I do have a nice Lake Trout Recipe.  I will try to post it tonight after work.

Wow, Bob, that is one huge compliment.  Wow!   I don't know what to say!  Especially since I am relatively new to the site.

Thank you very much for the kind words!

I am definitely going to post my Lake Trout Casino recipe tonight!  I took the pictures last night when I made it for me & Mrs. Woodroce.  She loved it!  I actually got her to eat Lake Trout AND Smelt yesterday!  (I think it helped that she loved catching the smelt so much)

Thanks again, Bob and everyone else that had such nice things to say.  I really like this site!  I just wonder what you guys do all summer!   LOL

Catch you later,

Woody

Looks real good, you a professional chef??

Truth be told, slam, I was a Certified Executive Chef and spent 20 years slaving away in kitchens from here to Rhode Island.  I'd say I got to be pretty darn good at it, too.  The thing is, and I don't care who you are, it's about impossible to be a great CHEF and a great PARENT.  Both are too demanding for one human being!  I cook at home now, which I never did when I was a Chef.

The thing I miss most about being a Chef is the food and the instant gratification you'd get from a great plate or a killer stock, sauce or soup.  I guess I miss some of the waitresses, too.   LOL

Fish On!

Wow.. Does that look good! Thanks for all the work I'm sure it took to put this together. I happen to have a few Lake Erie hog fillets left that have been waiting for something like this to come along. Thanks again! Good Fishing, Sluggo (Chris)

We tried this recipe this past Sunday and I can honestly say it was the best "large" walleye I've ever had. My wife bought lobster instead of crab by mistake, but I don't think that hurt anything. We'll be trying it with crab the next time. Great Recipe! Sluggo (Chris)
