In Irondequoit, 41 and windy with clouds and no snow remains on the ground.I'm afraid that there will be no ice until 2021.

I have a question. So if it is 34 out and the real feel says something like say 28 will ice still form? I’d guess yes but not sure. Any input?

No I do not believe it forms with wind chill. Has to be actual temp below freezing I’m pretty sure
