I wish I would have taken pics of it, but I was in a hurry to get it into the boiling water, but as I was cutting up a couple burbot fillets today, I noticed something in the meat. it was in the "back strap" meat and after I cut it out, you could clearly see it was a crawdad claw. Do you think it's possible a crawdad clawed through the stomach of the ling after being ate and then the fish was able to heal?? Totally surprised me, but the fish did have some funny coloration spots on that side of his skin. The spots were bright yellow. Anyone ever find something like this in your fish?? Thanks.
