Title: PAN-SEARED COD WITH BASIL SAUCE

I followed this recipe tonight subbing the cod with fresh rainbow that I had and the chicken broth with stock that I made from the Thanksgiving turkey. It was fantastic. Had to share.

I bet it would be great. Closer to the original recipe than what I did anyway.
