Morning IS, was wondering if anyone out here has info on ice and snow conditions around the Lake City area. Leaving Wisconsin the week of Feb. 15th. Much appreciated.

Hi, the ice is good(2-3ft) but slush pockets are around and its very hard to get on the lakes because way more snow up north of webster than anywhere. Tracks or walking only.

Similar to here in Wisconsin only, there's a lot more ice out there. Thanks a bunch for responding.

Have you tried calling sportsman’s cove in Webster? Prerecorded fishing report and they are very helpful with lake conditions, bites, etc. i suggest making a stop there or at least giving them a call. Hope your trip is going well 🎣

Thanks for the response. Ended up doing pretty well. Ice conditions were good with no problems driving on anywhere. Managed some dandy gills and crappies. Would love trying it again i the spring/early summer.
