I'm getting one from this guy. Looks good and functions well.
he has a video on the list for the 6 rod holder.

Too bad he can't make them out of plastic, 9 lbs. seems a bit heavy.

I got one a few years back. I like it but its can be heavy and a pain to store in my scout. I got a soft side from HT and been using that till I broke 2" off on of my rods. I don't have any idea how but its broke. I'm pulling the wood box back out! You should like it, well built!

I have a 3 man flip over sled. So the size shouldn't be a issue. I ended up getting the 8 rod. :) can never bring too many.

Those are nice cases, i like the idea of not having to fold your handles down on your reels.

I also have this one. The nice thing about mine is that when i'm in the Portable i can take my lid off so that it is pretty much just an organizer. I also cut the Styrofoam on the one end so I could hold a longer rod.

I like the new long rod insert Greg has now.  I called and ordered one. Got 8 combos in it.
