metal siding for a big house

I was wondering if anyone knew where you could get new camper style siding. or that flat metal they put on those bigger enclosed trailers. I have a 8X16 house now but have plans for re-doing it if i don't sell it.

Brett,  not sure where you're at, but I'm looking at metal siding possibilities and found a company in michigan called Alro Metal.  check www.alro.com
I haven't discussed too much with them yet, but have their catalog at work and have been looking.  You might try calling a local RV or trailer dealer, that is where I started.  hope it helps.

Brett, find anyone who sells that material?  I have been looking myself, and I did have a few links saved before my PC crashed for me last year.  If I find them again, I will post here for you.

Well since the site was down 1/19/04, I went net surfing for places that sell Aluminum skin for making your own RV.  !YAHTZEE! :o  I found a great site that has just about all the info needed.  http://www.glen-l.com/campers/suppliers.html And if for some reason this doesn't show, e-mail me and I will send it to you. Check out www.fishhousesupply.co m  they carry both vertical and the lap siding. I went with the lap siding, I think it looks better. :)

also for a local supplier of colored mill finish aluminum...try VoyageR Aluminum of Brandon, MN.  They are located just outside Alexandria.  www.voyageraluminum.co m
