Just pulled the shack outta storage today to start getting it ready to get onto the ice later this week. Went to drop it down in the driveway and the cranked where rusted stuck. F**** Went the the store and got some pb blaster soaked it down and was able to work them loose with some effort that stuff is magic! So moral of the story test it before you go to the lake!

Another good penetrating oil is "Break Away" by cyclo, AKA torch in a can.

Good reminder to clean and grease your shack at the end of the season. Also would not hurt to do it a second time during the summer

Yeah i really should of greased it better before i put it away i learned! With this warmer weather we are having doesnt look like i will be getting my truck out too soon 3/4 ton. Spend some time building a ski and chaining up the wheeler this morning hope to have the shack out by the weekend!

Cool setup! Do you think the wheeler will have enough weight on the back wheels to pull her out on the lake?
