I have been using Lyon Sleepers over a decade. Great guys and we so far have always been on the fish.

Best bite on LOW is between 8am-4pm. Although we have caught Walleye and Sauger at night. Just not very many. We also have caught pout at night. Mostly at night we play cards, BS, take it easy. One thing to consider is like many lakes. Is try to find an outfitter who is somewhat away from the crowds. The south shore over to Zipple bay can get pretty congested.
