How's the ice fishing been at cobbossee this year?
Fishing is easy. Catching is the hard part.

Lots of dead fish on the ice .

We had a great day on tricky pond the other day, But all trout we killed had rubber worms in there bellies.  They should outlaw those rubber worms or force there producers to make them biodegradable .

Hahaha the best part is you act like your 5 and try to get under people's skin.

I don't often use rubber worms. Mostly spinnerbaits or top water. But I agree they need to make a more biodegradable plastic/rubber product

Heard of some nice browns coming out by peace pipe shores rd and a lot of big pike between the birches campground and jug stream area

Sweet! My place is right on peace pipe. I usually fish that whole cove and out to the islands and towards the birches not sure where hug stream is though. Great news though. Thanks for the heads up! Tight lines

Not sure about the north end I live 2 miles from the south end...jug stream is almost straight across from the birches it’s on the Monmouth side

Fished it last weekend for a day, 4-5 smallies up to 3 ish lbs, some small yellow perch and 1 jumbo 12 incher, 1 13.5 inch crappie, 15 or so 10-12 inch white perch, a small pike, and 3 16 inch largemouth.  3 other guys with me wanted trout and didn't get a sniff.  We were on the south side near a small rocky island I'm not sure exactly which one it was, there was a buoy marking a rock point right next to it though.

I have fished it a few times this year. I have done well feeding the Eagles. We did get one brown on a pike trap. First brown in a few years.  Overall I would say the fishing has been better this year.

I'm planning on hitting Annabesicook Saturday and I am hoping for not much rain tomorrow.  I think it will be soft but I am hoping its not going to be a big slush hole because that may change my plans.

Fished with a buddy a few weeks ago. Had a ton of flags but only landed 2 northerns, a brown and a perch. We definitely were unlucky that day.
