Yea Right. My biggest fear is when I die she finds all the extra stuff. She will most likely give it to the Salvation army and I will kick my dirt off me.

Bought the FLX-20 at Gander yesterday using the 30% off coupon. The coupon would not work unless I joined their good sam club. I showed him on my phone that it works online without being a member, but it was back ordered online late December. I sent my wife through in front of me with $10 of ice jigs using the $10 gift card. They wouldn't accept it, saying they just cancelled the promotion. After seeing that I didn't want to push my luck with the 30% off coupon so I joined their club which was $50 for two years. I'll be getting a $25 gift card in the mail soon for joining and it brought the price of the locator down almost $20 so pretty much a wash. Not a bad deal.

Every store is different I guess, along with every teller. I was in Deforest yesterday, and when I showed the lady my $10 coupon, she said the system wasn't working and she had to manually enter it. She also thought I couldn't use both coupons at the same time (30% off coupon). I told her to just scan it and see what happens. It worked.

oh geez, so they doubled up the coupon for you? That's great! There doesn't seem to be much training going on with the associates on these coupons. Plus it looks like social media dept is just sprinkling these around like fairy dust. Hard to keep track of.

Judging by the line capacity of these reels, I would say you are correct. I would buy a size 10 for panfish, and either a 20 or 30 for gamefish.

Bj's warehous is having a decent gift card sale, including Cabela's: you can get 3 3packs of $75 for $66. online membership is $10 (may be worth it in long run if you want to stock up on gift cards (not just Cabelas)). Additionally Chase Freedom has Warehouses at 5% this quarter so you can extend the savings.

Fish USA running hecka of a deal. As mentioned throttle reels at BOGO but also all star rods at BOGO. So two exceptional ultra light outfits for 45 each after adding a 10% off. My final bill was 90.88. The 10% code was ADDUP.

Reel non-sale price was 59 sale price was 42.99. The rods original price was 139.00 sale price 57.99. I already own a 5-4 model of same rod. They are super nice. Of course other sizes of rod and reel available.
