Thank you for sharing the recipe .Have you tried making crumbs from Ritz crackers and using this recipe. Also know some folks used crushed corn flakes for coating before frying. Off topic but like the wood work in your home.

Thanks for the post. Going to try it tonight with crappie. I thought you were wear gloves for sanitary reasons.
