Strikemaster model 107 drill help

I have a strikemaster 107 2 hp drill and it has a chipper blade on it can I buy a drill that ises shaver blades and use it I have a jiffy model 30 but it kicks the hell out of me some days

You could also adapt a hand auger ..using the Eskimo adapter above ..and a Mora style bladed hand auger StrikeMaster..Eskimo ..HT hand auger.. but you will need an extension . Just note hand augers have no centerpoint.

So basically a shaving drill won't work on that power head if it was a strikemaster

I think those were only like 30 or 35cc so you may struggle a little bit with thick ice with the 8"

StrikeMaster does not have a shaver blade auger drill unit for their power heads ..they have Lazer/curved blades for their power head units . But SM makes hand augers with shaver blades .
