I have built some of my own ice rods. build summertime ones too along with pour sinkers and jigs. don't do ice jigs as I use tungsten in the winter.

Made an ice hopper this evening after dinner. I used a couple plugs for my power source so I can go back to my shuttle and bag real quick when im planning on fishing inside. But on nice days, this should help my hole hopping a bit.

Made suit case type pop-up  fishing hut long before the manufacturers did, just never thought to patent it.

5 gallon bucket sits too low.  so i have cut the bottom out of one bucket and liquid nailed it into another.  slap a little padding onto a lid and have your own custom bucket.  have made several for friends as well.

Here is a flipover sled I made a few years back. Have since changed the sled out with a jet sled.

I make all my inline panfish rods,  I haven't found any company that makes anything decent.  I get all my blanks from St Croix or Mudhole,  make my own black walnut handles and buy bulk spring.  Only thing that is not custom is the reel,  it's a HT inline.
