Title: That's A Wrap
Post by: jimhaney08 on Mar 11, 2019, 02:06 PM
For me at least.  Time to start getting ready for bass fishing!

My year started on 12/15/18 and ended 3/09/19.  I got out approximately 9-10 trips.  Had a couple three flubs where I didn't catch much, but only one time (at night) when I failed to catch anything at all.  I was fortunate enough to have two or three days that were really good and the rest were generally productive.

Overall, I can't complain!  But I did lose a float coat and broke a rod, so I suppose I'll complain about that.  However, my freezer is stocked and I had fun with my two ice fishing buddies, so I'm calling it a good year.

Thank you to everyone who posts about ice conditions and shares their knowledge.  I for one certainly appreciate it.

I hope everyone else had a good year as well.  Onto the open water!
