LOVE THEM!!!! Make sure to swing through the sewing dept and pick up a large sewing needle. It will make threading the "coil spring" type spring bobbers a breeze!!!

I never thought of that . Sounds like a great idea. I always double the line then send it through.
And yes they work great!!!
Politicians and diapers need to be changed for the same reason

I beleive Frabil sells a threader as well....when in the sewing department look for needle threaders instead of needes, they will work even better

I couldn't find any long enough so I went with the needle.  4 or 5 to a pack ,I think 2 were big enough to use  for under 2 bucks if I remember right.

I personally own 2 St Croix Legends and absolutely love them!!!
I have outfished fellow fisherman 3-1 fishing next to me using
the same jig and bait just because of the sensitivity of the
spring bobber on the Legend rods. I totally recommend spending
the extra money on the Legends rods...you wont regret it!!!!

I just got back from the BPS and noticed Frabill did a little upgrade to there spring bobber this season. it use to have a little red paitn on the tip, but this year they have put on a little yellow plastic bead, should hold up better and be more visible then the paint

I had seen that, but I wonder if that will make them more or less susceptible to freezing up.

The new ones with the yellow beads are awesome you do not even need a needle to thread them just push it right through
