jig spin

 how do you guys stop the jig from spinning around ? I am using 4 lb mono on a spinning reel. line twist ?

A small swivel about 24" above  lure.
10% of the fisherman catch 90% of the fish .....im a 10% are you?

Stretch your line before you go out. Hook your jig on something and take off the amount you will be fishing with a drag set tighter than you would fish with. Also, don't open your bail unless you are fishing really deep. Pull out your line against the drag, instead. Also the smaller your spool the more twist you are likely to get. Like Townie said in line reels eliminate that.
