I use to use 2 jigs on a line, still do on rare instances. You have to be careful when you get near the hole. Seems like the top hook catches on the edge too often for me to do it too much... but it is perfectly legal in SD and Iowa.

I sometimes use a dropper rig with a small leadhead on the bottom and a couple of stand out hooks further up the line.
