Char Broiled Salmon

This is real simple. Fire up your grill and get it about the same temp as for charing a beef steak.
Coat the Salmon with plain old red french salad dressing. Throw it on the grill and just lift it once in a while to check, when the dressing carmalizes and get dark brown (it will be black where it touches the grill), flip it over, usually this is only a few minutes depending on the temp of the grill. Put hot pepper rings (the kind you get in a jar) on top (optional), and cook untill done. I try to pull it apart with a spatual, when it flakes, its done.
