Crappie Scampi

On Ice version:
Thawed, boneless, skinless crappie fillets, pat dry
12"x12" pieces of foil
1 -2 fillets/foil
1-2 pats butter/fillet
fresh pressed garlic to taste
salt/pepper to taste
wrap in foil..... I have a metal grate over my heater,  20 mins
- these come out kinda poached.

At Home Version:
Crappie fillets same as above
Roll fillets in Italian Seasoned bread crumbs
place on cookie sheet
1-2pat butter/fillet
fresh pressed garlic to taste
salt /pepper to taste
shave of real Parmesan Cheese/fillet
bake at 375 or under the broiler for 8-10 minutes

Very cook eats!
