Was there about two weeks ago.  When I left home it was 23 degrees when I got to Nevada it was -4.  Expect a few degrees colder than you expect.  Due to wind and cold was only able to fish an hour before freezing up.  Lots of little perch didn't have time to work at it for any keepers.  Old info but 10 to 12 inches of ice. Was also there a few weeks ago, fished from 8am-1pm, lots of small perch. Biggest was 8" or so, still fun to pull that many fish through the hole. Cheers
