After marinating all day in my secret sauce, the thick steak chunks were skewered along with button mushrooms, sweet red and green peppers, and purple onions. n Now to make the wild rice, before the kaboobers go onto a smoky hot grill, then rest on a fluffy bed of wild rice..... :P
