Do the perch have very many grubs in their flesh this year?

Has anyone heard anything about the Army Corp of Engineers plan to sink a bunch of old cars to prevent shore erosion on Honeoye Lake? My brother just asked if I had heard anything, there was a post on the local social media that mentioned the proposal. Sounds odd to me??

Apparently, there were some idiots in Honeoye yesterday racing around in cars and snowmobiles at high speed near the fishermen.  My friend took this picture and gave me permission to post it here. This car came within feet of hitting his son who was in the blue shanty.  If anyone knows the owner please let me know said I can pursue the matter.
Thanks

Bunch of cars out today, but looked to be set up well away from anyone fishing. They set out cones and everything, I was surprised.

Tried the usual crappie spots and nada.  Must be somewhere else out there

Which end are the guys racing around in cars on?  Looking to get out with my kids and don't want the hassle.

Theybdrove off the state launch at the south end. They might not be there if there is much snow on the ice.
