Fish Monger:
Just finished this years deer's backstrap and a whole Landlocked Salmon for supper. Now I'm finishing a cold Sam Adam's, what more could be better!!!
Phoenix:
Surf and Turf, brilliant ;D How do you cook your salmon? We like ours poached.
Fish Monger:
I baked both together in a honey teryaki sauce.
