For walleye I like a frabill ultra ice, 32" medium action jigging rod, with a shimano sahara 1000 spooled with 6 pound mono or fluoroclear.
Perch call for a lighter setup. I like a 24" frabill light action sensive rod, with a mitchell avocet s500ul, spooled with 2 pound mono.
Pike, I would use a 34" frabill ultra ice jigging rod, with a daiwa regalz 2000, spooled with 10 pound fluoroclear or mono.

You definitely need a different set-up for perch vs. walleye/pike.
In my opinion the big difference is in the rod and line.
I have 3 rods, all 28": ML, M, and MH. The lighter for perch and gills, the heavier for the predators. I like Frabill, too, and would reccomend the Amplifier for light rods. I also like Cabela's rods...
The line is huge! Use 2-4# for perch, and heavier for the toothy critters. Do a little searching through these pages and you will find a lot of info. Good luck!!!
