Anyone know what I can use to replace the blade cover that comes with the 8" nils? I guess cold snaps work if i can find them.

Ive used ColdSnap for a couple years work great on my Nils.

Fought with mine for years . Just bought a cold snap . Isn't the best but its a much better than the original Nils.

Not sure what a cold snap is but I took my stock cover and screwed rare earth magnets to it. Now I just get it close and it clicks into place

I use coldsnap strikemaster covers on both of my 8" Nils. Works Great!
