i was out on the ponds January 1st last year.  had my shanty on the lake by the middle of February.  if i had it my way i would be out there right now. i cant wait for so pike fishing

Hopefully this will be a year like 87 or 88? Fished Arnold Bay for Lakers
pre Christmas, great ice fishing that fall. Perch ponds will be frozen by
first of December with a little luck. First snow this morning, will be dreaming
of tip ups as soon as I put my boat away... :tipup:

I was fishing Monkton pond on December 9th last year.... I think it will be the same again this year.
